1-2-1 Cacao Ceremony

A cacao ceremony is a sacred, heart-opening ritual that uses ceremonial-grade cacao to connect to inner wisdom, enabling self-reflection and promotes emotional healing. Our personalised 1-2-1 session provides a deeply intimate and nurturing space to align you with your intentions offering guidance, connection and transformation.

What’s included in our 1-2-1 sessions-

First we prepare the space with care to create a peaceful, sacred environment. Candles, incense and soft grounding music will set the tone for the ceremony. You will be welcomed warmly and together we will create the energy of the session, ensuring you feel safe and comfortable.

We will begin by centering and grounding and then you will be invited to set your intentions whilst consuming your cacao, you can do this alone or we can talk them through, you are also welcome to ask any questions.

After consuming the cacao, you will be guided through a meditative journey with A heart-centered visualization, allowing the cacao to open pathways to deeper emotions and insights. We use Breathwork exercises to expand awareness and release stored tension. Ending the session with discussion and journaling to capture thoughts, feelings, or revelations that emerged during the session and a grounding exercise.

This intimate 1-2-1 space allows for vulnerability and emotional expression. Whether through tears, words or silence you will be given the freedom to process whatever arises.
